Wood panel images of some holy sort..... These two pieces were created from an old cabinet door which I found one day last summer roaming around the neighborhood. When I brought it home i split it apart into two pieces. Then an image was carved into to wood by using a screwdriver. The images were then painted in water color and then gone over in oil pastel. from here I began using a household spray bottle which i then diluted acrylic paint in and began spraying it and manipulating it by moving around the panels. From there they were finished with some heavy brush strokes in order to show texture to the pieces.
